Too Short’s Studio Shutdown admin Sunday, July 13, 2008 The Studio (Photo Source: Google) A recording studio, owned by rapper Too Short, is forced to close due to a $1 million court judgement stemming from a 1991 car accident case. UpAllNite studio located in Oakland , CA opened in May 2008. The judge has ordered an immediate seize of equipment and property shutdown, if Too Short doesn’t pay the $700 million he was ordered to pay the family in the settlement. According to court documents, Short has only paid $292,000 since 1991 and has yet to pay the remaining fees. Well, well , well…let’s see what happens after he appears in court again on August 13. It is said that Too Short has already relocated the equipment to an undiclosed location in the event that the studio is raided by the police.
