Hip Hop artist Nelly, who has men’s and women’s clothing lines (Vokal and Applebottoms, respectively) and energy drinks is adding property developer to his resume. He is giving back to his community in a major way…..

“This development company that I have back home, I’ve purchased a city block in downtown St. Louis. I have an new sports bar called Skybox.” But Nelly insists he’s not quite ready to challenge hip-hop heavyweight and business mogul Jay-Z, who has a chain of 40/40 bars.The Hot in Herre star adds, “You know it’s not a 40/40, more like a 20/20 you know, but just tryin’ to stay busy.”
