For years Uptown Records founder and ex-Motown president Andre Harrell has been making major moves in the music industry. His repertoire thus far, just to mention a few, already includes the discovery and development of artists such as Jodeci, Robin Thicke, Mary J. Blige, Al B. Sure and Heavy D.

After much success, Harrell has decided to take things to another level setting sail on a new business venture. Securing a deal with Warner Music Group, Radio One Inc., and Interactive One, Harrell has launched his new company, Harrell Entertainment.

The premise of Harrell Entertainment is to basically provide a platform for aspiring artists and songwriters primarily through Harrell’s new website, Andreharrellmusic.com.
