Even though things didn’t turn out to well his last go round, actor Boris Kodjoe is set to give television another spin. Kodjoe was recently casted in ABC’s upcoming hour-long political drama, ‘Georgetown’.

The show is centered around a group of young Capitol Hill staffers who work closely with the power brokers of Washington, D.C. Kodjoe will play the part of the “fiercely intelligent” senior advisor to the Democratic president.

‘Georgetown’ is expected to debut during the 2011/2012 season lineup.
