2011 Soul Train Music Awards (Pics)

Last week the taping of the third annual Soul Train Music Awards went down at the Fox Theatre here in Atlanta. This year’s show will be hosted by one of the kings of comedy, Cedric the Entertainer and filled will phenomenal performances including a show opening performance by The Original 7ven formerly known as The Time (you know…Morris Day and’em).  Other performers include Natalie Cole, Jill Scott, Robin Thicke, Melanie Fiona, Lalah Hathaway and Lloyd. Some of this year’s award nominees include the likes of Chris Brown who happens to be leading the pack, King Bey, Kanye West, Marsha Ambrosius, Kelly Rowland, Cee Lo Green, Ledisi and Miguel.
