From hip-hop, to acting, Cover Girl endorsements to Oscar nominations just to name a few, it’s definitely safe to say that Queen Latifah stays on her grind and is no doubt a master at getting to the stacks when it comes to entertainment. Showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon, the Queen is slated to make her way back to the boob tube in fall 2013 as the host of a new daytime talk show.

     Queen Latifah will produce the show through her production company, Flavor Unit, with Will Smith and James Lassiter’s Overbrook Entertainment and Sony Pictures Television serving as co-producers. Executive producers for the show include Queen Latifah, her Flavor Unit partner Shakim Compere, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith and Overbrook’s James Lassiter and Miguel Melendez.

     This will be the second talk show run for Queen Latifah who hosted her own daytime talk show, The Queen Latifah Show, from 1999-2001.
