T.I.’s Tackling ‘Identity Theft’ janda Thursday, May 24, 2012 The Script, The Studio Ever since he set foot back in the free world, rapper T.I. has been full speed ahead and seems to be in non-stop mode. As of late, T.I. has been making his rounds on the scene by way of his reality show, Family Hustle, and with the release of new music. Next up for the King of the South, is an acting role in the upcoming comedy film, Identity Theft. The film starring Jason Bateman and Melissa McCarthy casts T.I. as a bounty hunter who is on the prowl for Bateman’s and McCarthy’s characters. Identity Theft is scheduled for a 2013 release. At this point I think it’s safe to say that ole Tip is starting to step his game and resume up when it comes to the acting thing. He’s previously had roles in the movies ATL, American Gangster, and Takers and is currently co-starring in Kelsey Grammer’s series Boss as well as gearing up for season two of his reality show. As he said himself…”You can hate all you want to patna…Imma give you something to hate on”
