Steve Harvey’s Youth Mentoring Summit Kicks Off In Dallas Ms. Bels Sunday, June 17, 2012 The Receipt, The Script Steve Harvey and Cedric The Entertainer The 4th Annual Mentoring weekend kicked off this week in Dallas, Texas. The four-day program is the brainchild of the Steve Harvey Foundation. Each year, the foundation hosts 100 young men (without fathers) in different cities throughout the country. The selected participants are given the opportunity to be mentored and educated on what it means to be a man and fulfilling their dreams. Various workshops are scheduled which covers an array of topics: You Can Be Me (careers), Do-It-Yourself, Tied to Greatness and Suit challange, Dream Hall, proper grooming, and even a town hall meeting with Steve Harvey discussing the Roles and Responsibilities of Men.
