Rihanna is definitely making her rounds this year and is already making big plans for 2013. With a new album, new dance moves, her acting debut and a MTV Best Video of the Year award, just to name a few things, already under her belt for the year, the Barbados-born singer has announced that she will kick off 2013 with her “Diamonds World Tour”.
