Lil Kim’s new artist Tiffany Foxx is a bad b*tch.  She got the look, the swag, and the skills to give us all what we’ve been in waiting for from female rappers (especially for those of us who’s over the Nicki Minaj craze). Well,  the St. Louis born Tiffany Foxx is ’bout it. She recently hit up the NBA All-Star weekend in Houston with cameras rolling.  Her upcoming album “Goal Diggers” is will hit the streets sometime in spring 2013.  When asked about the Goal Diggers album, she explained, “it means setting goals, dreams and standards all the way high. I was always very ambitious and took risks that people laughed at. But now that my dreams are coming true, I want to embrace the underdogs and dedicate this next project to my fans.”
