Gocha Salon Treat Cancer Survivors To Beauty Makeovers & VIP Night Out admin Friday, August 23, 2013 The Connect, The Receipt, The Runway, The Vault Gocha Hawkins, celebrity stylist and owner of Gocha Salon, hosted very special “night out on the town” recently at bar One Tapas Lounge in Atlanta. On July 19th, Gocha and her staff presented their 2nd annual “Pretty In Pink – 2013 Makeover” event. The event is held each year to honor those in the Atlanta community who has survived their battle against cancer. This year, three women were selected to receive a full day of beauty and VIP treatment. Starting off, Fleesa, Quinetta, and Tiffany received full hair and makeup makeovers courtesy of Gocha Salon staff. Afterwards, the ladies got jazzy and paparazzi ready for their very own photo shoots with one of Atlanta’s top photographers. For the finale, the women were chauffeured to bar One for a private social mixer where the ladies two-stepped to the sounds of a live DJ. VIP guests were also treated to alcoholic beverages and tapas. Gocha Salon presented each of the ladies a special gift and flowers in honor of their strength and positive spirits. Other attendees at the event were Chanita Foster (Beyond The Game Foundation), Jamie Foster-Brown (Sister 2 Sister Magazine), Carlton Morton (assistant to RHOA’s Cynthia Bailey), Gloria Hankerson, DJ M, Lisa Cunningham (producer), Crystal Renee’, Kayla Freeman (celebrity photographer), Ms. Bels (STACKS Magazine), and many more.
