LeBron James Returns and Lead Heat to Easy Victory Over Knicks Abner Jackson III Friday, February 28, 2014 Scoreboard, The Game LeBron James returned from missing the previous game with a broken nose to score a game-high 31 points and lead the Miami Heat to a 108-82 victory over the New York Knicks. James has scored 30 points or more in five straight games. James also had 4 assists and 4 rebounds. Dwyane Wade scored 23 points and made a impressive 10 out of 13 shots for the Heat. The Heat shot an impressive 60.8% from the field compared to the Knicks 37.3% from the field. The Heat also had their way with the Knicks inside, scoring 66 points in the paint. Carmelo Anthony led the Knicks with 29 points and 7 rebounds. Tyson Chandler had a double-double for the Knicks with 19 points and a game-high 16 rebounds. The Heat starting line-up combined to grab 20 rebounds. J.R. Smith scored 11 points for the Knicks, the Knicks only had three players to score in double-figures. Rookie Tim Hardaway Jr returned home to Miami with a horrible shooting night, only making 2 out of 15 shots. This game was over in the third quarter and the Heat dominated the Knicks on both ends of the court.
