The Detroit Police Department is looking for R&B soul singer Anita Baker. TMZ is reporting that she was recently a no-show for a summons regarding a suit filed against her. A bench warrant was issued and police has yet to locate Baker.
Ray Smith Painting and Decorating is suing Baker for $15,000 for services performed at her Michigan home.
Baker’s camp has not yet issued a statement.
