Kentucky Wildcats and UConn Huskies Advance to NCAA Final Four Abner Jackson III Monday, March 31, 2014 Scoreboard, The Game Freshman Aaron Harrison hit the game winning three-pointer with 2.3 seconds left to help the Kentucky Wildcats advance to the Final Four and defeat the Michigan Wolverines 75-72. Harrison finished the game with 12 points and Kentucky was led by freshman phenom Julius Randle’s 16 points and 11 rebounds. Kentucky had four players to score in double-figures. Sophomore Nik Stauskas led Michigan with a game-high 24 points and sophomore Glenn Robinson III scored 14 points for Michigan. Kentucky will face the Wisconsin Badgers and the winner will play in the Final Four Championship Game. The Connecticut Huskies beat the Michigan State Spartans 60-54 to advance to the Final Four. Senior Shabazz Napier led the Huskies with a game-high 25 points to go with 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Junior DeAndre Daniels had 12 points and 8 rebounds for the Huskies. Sophomore Gary Harris led Michigan State with 22 points and senior Adreian Payne had 13 points and game-high 9 rebounds for the Spartans. The Huskies will face the Florida Gators who is the hottest team in the nation. The winner will advance to the championship game and most likely be crowned the 2014 NCAA Basketball Champions.
