He performed the infectious “Jose’ Got Them Tacos” and suddenly a fan was born. It’s something about witnessing an authentic Latino rapping about Migos stuff. Not taking away from any other rapper who uses the Spanish language. But, the lingo just comes off with more integrity if a REAL Hispanic uses the native language. Anyway, Kap G has a new mixtape out. Like A Mexican gets the “thumbs up” from DJ Drama‘s The Academy. Hosted by DJ Blu and DJ Ray G, the project features quite a few heavy-hitters, which seems to have the possibility to be very beneficial for the rapper. On the mixtape, production credits are earned by Bangladesh, Drumma Boy, Pharrell Williams, Fat Boi, Squat Beats, Durdy Beats and Kid Cray. Fellow rappers featured on the project are Jeezy, Chingo Bling, Young Dolph, Wiz Khalifa, Kirko Bangz, and Spenzo.
