The For The Love of Our Fathers foundation hosted the 10,000 Coins 4 A Change charity event, which VH1’s “T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle” star Tameka “Tiny” Harris was in attendance. Tiny, along with her mother Dianne Pope, Shekinah Anderson, and King Harris were on-site to greet the crowd and show their gratitude for their support of Alzheimer’s research and caregiver’s assistance. Many of those affected with Alzheimer’s are not only stricken with the disease, but also placed in unfortunate situations when there’s no one available to care for them. FTLOOF continues to spearhead efforts to financially support these caregivers. This is a cause Mrs. Pope is all too familiar with. Her husband fell ill to the disease and later passed away. This charity event, along with past events, are Mrs. Pope and Tiny’s opportunity to continue the charge of seeing that caregivers are supported and provided the facilities and/or supplies needed to care for their Alzheimer’s patients.
