TUNE IN: New OWN Series ‘Love In The City’ + Sneak Peek Video admin Monday, March 31, 2014 The Script, Tune In The OWN network will soon take a stab at an all-Black female show. Billed as a “series”, “Love In The City” will follow the lives of four fiercely independent women tackling the everyday hustle that goes on in New York City. By the look of the the sneak peek reel, LITC will go beyond the catty arguments as seen on other shows. Instead, this series will take on a “Sex In The City” spin and focus on the careers, health issues, and love-lives of the cast. The cast will include Chenoa Maxwell (actress, “Hav Plenty”, “The Great Gasby”, CW’s “Girlfriends”), Kiyah Wright (Emmy-award winning celebrity hairstylist, Clairol spokesperson), Bershan Shaw (breast cancer survivor, owner of URAWARRIOR website), and Tiffany Jones (cancer survivor and founder of PinkChoseMe). “Love In The City” is produced by CORE Media Group.
