The social media site will undergo a few changes, which will help the app attract more users. As of now, Twitter boasts 241 million users. We’re not sure if that number has remained stagnate for some time. But, it seems the company is in need for more Tweeters. To attract more people, the company will redesign user profile pages. The new profile will include larger photos and a rectangle banner at the top of the profile page (similar to Facebook’s). Also, users will be able to “pin” tweets to signify topics they love. These tweets will be placed at the top of the page. And instead of all tweets being the same in width/length, an users most popular tweets will appear larger in size.
