Former NFL star Aaron Hernandez appeared in a Massachusetts court on May 28th for the alleged killing of two people in 2012. Hernandez was in Cure, a popular Boston Night Club, when he initially encountered his alleged murder victims. Police reports state that Hernandez had been feeling paranoid in the club and tested by patrons when he was bumped and his drink spilled. Reports also state that Hernandez waited in his car after taking back 2 more drinks as he waited for the alleged victims to leave the night club. Witnesses say Hernandez pulled up next to the car of one of the victims and yelled, “Yo what’s up now?” before firing the 38 caliber revolver into the car killing a second victim and wounding a third.
