Shaquille O’Neal was in a ton of hot water after posting a picture of a Michigan man with a rare genetic disorder. Jahmel Binion, of Michigan, fell victim of Instagram mocking by the retired NBA player when O’Neal posted a side by side picture of Binion and himself.

Binion suffers from a rare genetic disorder called ectodermal dysplasia. Although we know Shaq meant no harm, Binion was still disappointed because he stated that he looks up to O’Neal and watched him through his entire NBA career. O’Neal and Burke both contacted Binion on his cell to apologize for the Instagram post. “I accepted the apologies,” Binion told the Free Press at his home today. “But, I think they should do something more public…. I’m not alone.” O’Neal , Burke and rapper Waka Flocka all posted apologies on twitter for using mocking pictures of Binion.
