According to RadarOnline, Preston Marshall and Demario Driver sued Carey and Dream in 2010 for copyright infringement. The men claimed that their song “Are You The One” was stolen and used on Dream’s “Love vs Money” song, which was featured on his album. The duo sued them for $450,000. Recently, all parties reached an agreement. Back in February, Mariah Carey came to an agreement with the two men to dismiss all claims against her. Per their agreement, each party would pay its own legal fees. In April, The Dream also settled with the two gentlemen agreeing to a settlement similar to Carey’s. Photo Credit: Instagram
