Shelly Sterling pleads to judge for deal validation….

Shelly Sterling’s attorney pleaded with a judge to move forward with her deal to sale the LA Clippers to Steve Ballmer. Her ex-husband Donald Sterling is now fighting Shelly tooth and nail but she explained that this is the best deal and there is nothing else that can top it. Shelly also stressed that the deal with Ballmer is more than 3 times the price of the recently-sold Milwaukee Bucks. If the deal isn’t cleared by Sept 15^th, the NBA could seize the team and according to Shelly “substantial irreparable harm…. will result.”

Lucky for Ballmer, he has an escape clause in the agreement that gets him out of the deal if Shelly and Donald don’t come to a legal agreement over her right to sell the team.
