GA Man Leaves Child in Hot Car

Jury still out on hot car toddler death….

Justin Ross is being held in jail for the murder of his child, 22 month-old Cooper. Allegedly, Ross left his baby in the back of his vehicle while he reported to work. Cooper was left in the car in 80 degree GA sun for several hours. Reports also state that Ross came to his car during lunch and placed a bag in the vehicle and during that time the car could have reached temperatures of over 130 degrees. Normally Ross would have dropped Cooper off at daycare, however didn’t do so on this particular day.

On the way home Ross pulled over at a Chik fil A and pulled Cooper out of the car and allegedly tried to revive him. Police believe that Ross intended to leave the child in the car and has been charged with felony murder and first-degree child cruelty.
