Cappie Pondexter had a team-high 23 points and game-high 8 assists for New York. Sugar Rodgers came off the bench to score 13 points for New York. Tina Charles had 12 points and team-high 8 rebounds for New York. The Liberty improved to 4-10 and ended the Dream six-game winning streak. Angel McCoughtry scored a game-high 33 points to go along with 10 rebounds and 4 steals for Atlanta. Sancho Lyttle had 12 points, 7 rebounds and game-high 5 steals for the Dream. Erika de Souza had 8 points and game-high 14 rebounds for the Dream. Rookie Shoni Schimmel came off the bench to score 10 points for Atlanta. McCoughtry didn’t get much help from the rest of her teammates and the Dream are now 9-4.
