Filmmaker @CarlaSaunders Debuts Psycho-Thriller, ‘Triste’ [Trailer]

Carla Saunders, a self-taught filmmaker/director/producer, is on her way to becoming the next big thing in horror films.  She recently took part in STACKS Magazine’s Let’s Talk Business Net-Worthing Mixer and Q&A Series as a guest panelist. The film and television edition of the series allowed Saunders the opportunity to talk about her grassroots journey in producing and directing.

Triste, which she tells Fox 5 Atlanta is a story she wrote while battling depression, is Saunders first film.

The film is a Short Psychological Thriller which showcases how a woman’s depression and loneliness can cause her mind to play tricks on her as she battles with her inner voices in order to prevent her own suicide.  This film is currently being submitted in top tier film festivals.
