Meeks is a rare breed especially in his case of becoming an overnight sensation after his mug shot was posted on several media outlets. Meeks was arrested on several charges including weapons and a laundry list of previous convictions in the past. His mug shot has been the talk of the town and has landed him potential deals as a model for several top modeling agencies. Meeks has really taken the opportunity serious, so much that he has asked the court to ban all cameras from the court room during his trial. Meeks stated that he doesn’t want in cameras since the judge is forcing him to dress like a common criminal. Meeks attorney filed a motion to prevent the media from taking any photos or videos during the hearings. The attorney stated that because of the press he has received he feels that the jury will be unbiased and look at him as a criminal if he can’t wear clothes that fit and has to wear the typical orange jump suit.
