I have heard of some crazy things about repeated offenders, but this story takes the cake and puts a new spend on the word “weird.”

Willie Andre Johnson is a known and registered sex offender in the Portland area and recently took his vice to the next level. Portland police were called to the scene of a North Portland Piedmont neighborhood this past Tuesday for kidnapping and assault. When police arrived at the home they were informed that the grandmother and uncle of Willie Andre Johnson had been held against their will and sexually assaulted. Johnson had fled the scene before police arrived, but was later captured and arrested at a local McDonalds.

Johnson is currently being held on several charges including first degree attempted rape, unlawful sexual penetration, sex abuse and kidnapping.
