Mike “The Situation” being sued for 29k….

Mike “The Situation” is in major legal trouble due to 4 years of unpaid legal fees to previous attorney Richard Wolfe. Wolfe is not only suing Mike for $29,000 for unpaid fees, but has filed a claim against his brother Marc Sorrentino as well. Wolfe stated in court documents that he originally knocked $10,000 off what the brothers originally owed him, but they cancelled a payment for $2000 and also bounced a $2000 check.

Wolfe has requested damages for bad checks in addition to the $29,000 he is owed. The situation was previously accused by employees of his tanning salon for bounced checks so apparently accusations could be true.

Mike “The Situation” may need to request a reunion season of the popular MTV reality show “Jersey Shore” to get him out of financial legal trouble.
