Former Miss America, Vanessa Williams, Owes $370K In Unpaid Taxes

According to the NY Daily News, former Miss America and “Ugly Betty” star Vanessa Williams is in the red with the IRS.

The Internal Revenue Service demanded actress and former pageant queen Vanessa Williams pay up for nearly $370,000 in unpaid taxes, The Smoking Gun reports. The IRS issued the lien earlier this month for the 1984 Miss America’s faulty 2011 tax return. The government organization is now demanding a whopping $369,249.89 from the actress. Williams lives in Chappaqua, N.Y., but her IRS paperwork was filed under her accounting firm’s Manhattan address.

It seems like first Black Miss America forgot to pay her taxes in 2011. Hopefully, this is due to mismanagement by her CPA and not intentionally done.
