MUSIC: The Game – “Don’t Shoot” (Michael Brown Tribute) feat. Diddy, Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, Fabulous & More

Rapper The Game continues to show compassion about the things that goes on in our communities.  This time, he take it to the booth to raise funds for slain teen Michael Brown.

With the help of artists like Diddy, Rick Ross, Swizz Beatz, 2 Chainz, Fabulous, DJ Khaled, Genuwine, Tank, Curren$y, Yo Gotti, King Pharaoh, Problem, and Wale, the new track “Don’t Shoot” calls out the injustices and senseless murders being brought on against the Black youth.

According to AHH, the Game says the tribute song came together rather smoothly. Mainly, due to the fact that everyone [the artists] were genuinely compassionate about the state of our society.

“I managed to get everyone on board fairly easy, simply because we have the hearts,” said Game. “We care and are inclined to take a positive approach to resolving an issue that has existed since the beginning of mankind and that is racism and hatred towards one another as human beings.”

“Don’t Shoot” can purchased on iTunes. Proceeds from the sale of the single will go to the Michael Brown Memorial Fund.
