The event was held to celebrate women who have exhibited power, confidence, success and the ability to conquer adversity. business. Celebrities in attendance were Towanda Braxton (actress/tv personality) – who emcee’d the event — Tameka Raymond (Kiles World Foundation), Renee Lawless (actress, Tyler Perry’s “The Haves and the Have Nots”),and Dr. Heavenly Kimes (entrepreneur/tv personality). Also in attendance were Dr. Evelyn Wynn-Dixon (Mayor of Riverdale, GA) and Pink Power Conference co-founders Felicia Phillips and Kim N. Carswell. Several business leaders were honored at the gala.
