Tiny & Shekinah Take a ‘Weave Trip’ [Official Teaser]

Are we ready for a strictly Tiny and Shekinah reality show??  

Well, for months, blogs have hinted about the besties starring in their own spin-off.  Apparently it was true and VH1 is the network in which “Tiny and Shekinah’s Weave Trip” will air.

The eight-episode series will hit the airwaves on October 13th at 9:30pm EST.  The show will travel along with the duo as they enter the mobile hair salon business.  According to the show’s synopsis,

The duo decide to open a mobile hair salon in Los Angeles and get a salon truck built in their hometown of Atlanta. Tiny and Shekinah then proceed to drive it across the country from Atlanta to Los Angeles.

The series is created and executive produced by the Family Hustle team of T.I. and Tiny, 51 Minds’ Christian Sarabia, and Category 5’s Brian Sher and Stella Bulochnikov. Family Hustle is one of VH1 strongest unscripted series, with its current fourth season opening to 2.24 million viewers and 1.53 million adults 18-49 in April. (Deadline.com)

From the looks of the trailer, this could possibly be funny considering Shekinah’s sense of straight-and-direct humor.  Will you be watching??
