MUSIC: Kilo Ali Returns with New Single, “Ooozee”

In case you were wondering where southern hip hop artist Kilo Ali has been up to these days, look no further.

His reps sent over a brief update on what’s been going on with the rapper. Apparently, Kilo Ali returns with a brand new single and a bright 2015, which includes more music, tours, and a few major business moves.

KILO ALI (born Andrell D. Rogers) is a “prominent” music artist from Atlanta, Georgia. He grew up on the westside (Bankhead to be exact), home of rappers such as Shawty Lo and T.I. Kilo is an original pioneer of the city’s highly successful mainstream hip hop scene and Atlanta’s #1 most influential artist!

Debuting onto the music scene in 1990 releasing his first album entitled “America Has A Problem”. The lead single “Cocaine” was an instant smash hit selling over 80,000 copies independently and he quickly became Atlanta’s new star on the rise. His next album entitled “A Town Rush” includes the smash hit song “Hear What I Hear” and earned him a prestigious award from the Atlanta Coca- Cola Music Awards for “Best Rap Album of The Year”.

He went on to release the successful album “Get This Party Started” that includes the smash hits “Dunkey Kong”, “White Horse”, and “Nasty Dancer”. On the following project he teamed up with super producers Organized Noise to release the highly anticipated album “Organize Bass”. The album includes the smash hits “Baby Baby,” “Show Me Love,” “Lost Ya’ll Mind.” and “Love In Ya Mouth”.
