#WealthyWishWednesday: $40M L.A. Mansion Once Rented By Jay Z and Beyonce

Now that the On The Run Tour is over, it looks like the Carters are looking to boss up and purchase some real estate on the west coast.

Recently, Jay Z and his wife Beyonce’ spent $200,000 in rent for a month-long stay at a fully-furnished home in Holmby Hills.  The massive 16,000-square-foot mansion is contemporary in style and sits an wooded hillside. The indoor-outdoor living living room opens on two sides. Other features include two libraries, a fitness center, home theater, catering kitchen, wine cellar, infinity-edge swimming pool, tennis court, fountains, and lawn space.

The Holmby Hills mansion is equipped with 7 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, of which all carry bidets.

The home was originally priced at $45 million, but is now reduced to $39.9 million.

It is also being reported that the power couple toured another mega-mansion located in Beverly Hills. They took a look at the $85 million property several times according to real estate agents.

The property is 23,000-square-foot contemporary and sit on an acre in the Trousdale Estates area. The contemporary home features include a $200,000 candy bar/room, panoramic views of Los Angeles, an 18-seat theater, a 14-person spa with swimming jet and top-of-the line furnishings.
