Dawn Robinson threatens to sue LIFETIME

Ex- EnVogue singer on fire about biopic….

EnVogue once was – and still may be in my opinion – one of the best girl groups of all times. The group managed to break records and win tons of awards and be on the soundtrack of one of the best all time movies “Set It Off.” The group has gone through transition and some have parted ways, but still remain in an elite group of talented female entertainers.

Recently, Lifetime decided to do a biopic of the group, but ex-member Dawn Robinson isn’t too happy.

Robinson has gone on record to state that if Lifetime airs the movie – and doesn’t include her character – she will sue. Only 2 of the original members of the group are in the movie, but other sources say that Robinson forfeited her rights to anything dealing with EnVogue when she departed in 97.
