Q Parker & Friends Serenade Senior Citizens for the Holidays [PHOTOS]

Q Parker, of the group 112, shared his talents to a group of senior citizens on Tuesday evening (Dec. 16).  This was Q Parker’s second year performing Christmas carols at a senior facility.

This year, residents of Brighton Gardens of Buckhead experienced a delightful evening of traditional carols, which included “Oh, Come All Ye Faithful” and “The Christmas Song.”  To assist with the song selections, “R&B Divas Atlanta” star Meelah Williams sung “Christmas Time is Here.”  Also, Alexis Hollins and Dathan Thigpin performed “Mary Did You Know.”

“It’s thrilling to be able to provide an activity like this for the seniors at Brighton Gardens. It brings them immense joy, and it’s an honor to have so many successful musical talents come together to give back in this special way. We look forward to doing this again next year and again many more times,” says Christopher Djordje, Activities & Volunteer Coordinator at Brighton Gardens of Buckhead.

To support the occasion and partake in a little caroling were Algebra Blessett, Zebullon Ellis, Kelsey Nykole, Dathan Thigpin, Alexis Hollins, and Carmen Rodgers, along with a musical accompaniment from Phillip Cornish.
