Hawks Beat Grizzlies 96-86 to Earn 6th Straight Victory

Jeff Teague scored a game-high 25 points and team-high 6 assists for the Atlanta Hawks as they defeated the Memphis Grizzlies 96-86. The Hawks have won 20 out of their past 22 games, improve to 27-8 and still have the best record in the Eastern Conference. Kyle Korver scored 14 points and Pero Antic came off the bench to score 13 points for the Hawks. Paul Millsap had 11 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the Hawks.

Mike Conley led Memphis with 17 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists, all were team-highs for the Grizzlies. Marc Gasol had 16 points and 7 rebounds for Memphis. Tayshaun Prince came off the bench to score 12 points for Memphis. The Grizzlies are now 25-10 and have the third best record in the Western Conference. The Hawks have won nine games in a row against Western Conference teams and continue to beat the best teams in the league.

The Hawks are now tied with the Portland Trail Blazers for second-best record in the NBA. The Hawks continue to fly high and give the city of Atlanta the hottest team in the NBA.
