Teague led the Hawks to a 3-0 record with wins against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Utah Jazz, and Portland Trail Blazers. Teague averaged 23.7 points a Eastern Conference best, 8.3 assists, 4 rebounds, 2.67 steals per game and shot 54% from the field. Teague had his best game of the week with 23 points, 11 assists, 5 rebounds and 3 steals in a 109-101 win against the Cavs. Teague put up 26 points, 8 assists, 4 rebounds and 3 steals in a 98-92 victory against the Jazz. In a 115-107 victory against Portland Teague scored 22 points, 6 assists, 3 rebounds and 2 steals. Teague is currently averaging a career-high 17.3 points, 7 assists, career-high 2.7 rebounds, career-high 1.7 steals and shooting a career-high 48.2% from the field. Teague 7.0 apg is 10th best in the league and his 1.7 spg is 11th best in the league. Teague has a good chance of being selected to play in his first NBA All-Star Game next month and is becoming one of the elite point-guards in the NBA. Teague is the second Hawks player to win this award in the last three weeks, Al Horford won it two weeks ago.
