Memphitz Blames Career Downfall on Wife

For the past few months, the internet has been buzzing about the separation of Memphitz and Toya Wright. It all came to a head recently when Toya, the former wife of Lil Wayne, spoke to Necole Bitchie about her separation from Memphitz and his crazy antics on Instagram. In the interview, Toya says she believes his mental breakdown stemmed from the lawsuit against singer K. Michelle.

Ironically, Memphitz himself aired out his truths to Sister 2 Sister Magazine in an exclusive sit down. He revealed that Toya’s advice to sue K. Michelle and VH1, ultimately, was his career downfall. Memphitz explains that he was offered a spot on “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta,” which he believed was his opportunity to clear his name from the K. Michelle abuse rumors. But, his wife Toya felt that the reality show was not a good look for her brand.

Many believe that their ongoing Instagram jabs just screams “reality show.” The two insists, however, that they do NOT have a show in the works. Whether they do or not, social media and the gossip blogs are definitely making Memphitz and Toya relevant again.

But is it enough to get their careers back popping??
