5 Entertainers We Wish To See On ‘Empire’

On Wednesday (March 11), 15 million people watched Fox’s smash hit series “Empire.” Ratings are expected to come in even higher next week as the show airs its two-hour season finale.

What has helped the show’s ratings, in addition to the drama surrounding the Lyon family, are the random guest appearances. Just this week, Mary J. Blige made an appearance singing a duet with Lucious, that was an apparent flashback. Also, little Lola’s mother (played by Raven Symone) made another appearance in order to get her daughter back. There hasn’t been any confirmation on if Raven’s character will return next season.

Other individuals who showed up this season were Courtney Love, Estelle, and Jennifer Hudson. Jennifer Lopez is in talks to make her cameo as well. She was recently sighted with Terrence Howard and exec. producer Brian Grazer in West Hollywood’s Sunset Tower Hotel. Word is that, if her schedule permits, she will make an appearance.
