Kendrick Lamar will release his second studio album on March 23rd. The new album, To Pimp A Butterfly, is said to be a socially charged album that could have a profound impact on our culture. Kendrick Lamar appears on the cover of the latest Rolling Stone magazine. In his cover story, the laid back rapper reveals a few tidbits about the new album. He tells Rolling Stone that Miles Davis and Parliament inspired his upcoming project and for fans to expect lots of 1970’s funk and jazz influenced music.
