HomeFeatureNdamukong Suh Agrees To $114 Million Contract With Miami Dolphins Abner Jackson III Monday, March 9, 2015 Feature, Sports, The Game The Miami Dolphins have agreed to sign Defensive Tackle Ndamukong Suh to a $114 million contract, making him the highest-paid defensive player in the NFL. Suh contracts includes about $60 million guaranteed over the next six years and around $19 million a year. Suh will sign the contract once free agency begins Tuesday with the Dolphins. Suh led the Detroit Lions last season with 8.5 sacks. Suh has spent his whole five-year career with the Lions, being selected to four Pro Bowls and three First-Team All-Pro. The Lions did make an attempt to resign Suh offering him $17 million per year and $58 million guaranteed. The Dolphins are getting one of the best defensive tackles in the league if not the best DT in the NFL. Suh is a one of the premier pass rushers in the league that requires a lot of teams to double-team him. The Dolphins signed the biggest free agent of the offseason and Suh can expect a lot of criticism if he fails to live up to his contract.
