All the teenagers in the brawl have been arrested and now being charged with burglary, gang assault and a few more charges. Tilani Marshall is one of the teens that have been charged in the beating of the victim and she is now speaking out. Marshall stated that she was at the McDonald’s, however, played no role in the actual assault and denied being a part of any gang activity. Marshall’s attorney says after the video surveillance is reviewed, it will show that her client is clearly innocent.
