LeBron James scored a game-high 38 points to help the Cleveland Cavaliers defeat the Chicago Bulls 106-101. The Cavs take a 3-2 lead with the opportunity to clinch the Eastern Conference Finals with a game six victory in Chicago. James grabbed a game-high 12 rebounds, dished out team-high 6 assists and game-high 3 blocks. Kyrie Irving chipped in with 25 points and 5 assists for the Cavs. Iman Shumpert had 13 points, 7 rebounds and 3 blocks for the Cavs. Tristan Thompson recorded a double-double for the Cavs with 12 points and 10 rebounds.

All the Bulls starters scored in double-figures and Jimmy Butler led the way with 29 points and 9 rebounds. Mike Dunleavy had 19 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists for the Bulls. Derrick Rose had an all-around game with 16 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists for the Bulls. Taj Gibson and Joakim Noah each had 10 points for the Bulls. Nikola Mirotic came off the bench with 10 points for the Bulls.

The Bulls played their second game in a row without Pau Gasol and he is doubtful for game six. Game 6 is do or die for the Bulls and if they win they still have the chance to make it to the Eastern Conference Finals. The winner of this series will most likely represent the East in the NBA Finals.
