Floyd Mayweather Tops Forbes Celebrity 100 List

Forbes’ 16th annual Celebrity 100 List is here and topping the list is Floyd Mayweather.  The list captures the 2015 earnings (pretax income earned from June 1, 2014 to June 1, 2015) of athletes, musicians, actors/actresses.  This year, for the first time, Forbes stretched across the pond to include international celebrities.

Boxing champ Floyd Mayweather ranked No. 1 with $300 million in earnings. Surprisingly, his sparring partner Manny Pacquiao came in as second runner-up with $160 million in earnings. To round out the top five, pop superstar Katy Perry (No. 3) earned $135 million; One Direction (No. 4) earned $130 million; and Howard Stern (No. 5) earned $95 million.

9. Taylor Swift – $80 million – musician

10. Cristiano Rinaldo – $79.5 million – athlete
