Stranded Driver Gun Rage

Stranded driver shoots family….

The FBI has confirmed that two people were shot and killed by a stranded driver that ran out of gas on Montana’s Crow Indian Reservation. The Family had been gunned down after trying to help the driver before he went on a rampage and shot Tana Shane her husband Jason and injured their daughter Jora. Jora survived the attack only because the bullet grazed her head, however, as she tried to run the gunman shot her in the back.

The gunman had apparently run out of gas and reports state that Tana Shane went to pick up her family then return to help when the attack took place. The shooter was arrested in Meeteetse, WY and his being held in custody at the Park County Detention Center. Tribal law enforcement officials referred questions to the Bureau of Indian Affairs’ Office of Justice Services, which declined to comment.
