Terrell Owens California home is in default…

According to TMZ, Terrell Owens’ San Fernando Valley, CA home could soon be property of the bank.

Reprorts state that the former NFL star, T.O., is in default and owes the bank $905,417.06. The 4,250 sq. ft. home was purchased in early 2014 for $2.2 million by him and his estranged wife, Rachel Snider. The home was put up for sale in June 2014, but no one has put a bid in for it.

T.O. told TMZ that he stopped paying the mortgage on the property because he is selling it. Apparently, he worked out an arrangement with the bank to where he has 90 days to the get the house sold.
