This was Freeman second game in a row with three rushing touchdowns. Freeman has 7 rushing touchdowns for the season and has the most rushing touchdowns in the NFL.

Freeman appeared in all 16 games last season as rookie and had 248 rushing yards for the season. This year, in four games, Freeman has rushed 252 yards and surpassed his rushing total from his rookie year. Freeman started the first game of his NFL career in Week 3 and got his second career start in Week 4. Freeman has made the most of those opportunities and became the first Running Back since Ladainian Tomlinson to score three or more rushing touchdowns in consecutive games since 2005. Freeman has helped the Falcons stay undefeated and his performance against the Texans made them 4-0.
