It would appear to me, if you are planning to defraud the government and insurance agencies, it would be important to stick to the script.

A Pennsylvania man has been caught up in a scheme, filing more than 30 lawsuits claiming to be disabled. James Douris, age 60, pleaded guilty for stating under oath that he was so disabled that he couldn’t walk or hold a drink of water. Pennsylvania County prosecutors caught Douris standing on a ladder and pushing several heavy yard tools and equipment. Douris is an unemployed Veteran that has been receiving several streams of funding from the government allegedly do to his disability. “This is our best bet at putting it all to an end,” District Attorney Jonathan Long said. “What we’re hoping is that if he tries to keep going, people can look back at this and say, ‘You’re a liar.‘”
