Former Hot 97 radio personality, DJ Cipha Sounds, will premiere “No Small Talk” comedy series exclusively on Tidal today. “No Small Talk” will air in 30-minute increments and each Tuesday. Five episodes have already been taped. This is Tidal’s first dip into the the original programming lane (although the streaming service recently announced the addition of YouTube’s “Money & Violence” series). Cipha Sounds is no stranger to comedy. He’s been performing all over New York and definitely has a knack for it. As a newbie to the game himself, it’s no wonder “No Small Talk” will feature young comics on-the-rise whom he believes will become the next comedy superstars.
